Maltipom is the name commonly used for a maltese pomeranian. Sometimes it is incorrectly called a multipom or malitpom.

Sometimes, a maltese pomeranian can be high strung. However the high strung trait, possibly from its pomeranian half, is often off set by the maltese which leans toward mellowness.
